We lost power in our basement outlets with a burning smell present, and in a panic googled emergency help. To our great fortune, Stack Electric came up as doing emergency calls 24/7 and as it was later on a Saturday afternoon approx. 5 p.m. I called and within half an hour the pleasant and kind technicians showed up. They checked that no fire was present and assured us we were safe, and as it was going to take a bit of time to find the source of the problem, they found their earliest appointment to come and repair it. When they came on the day, at the exact time promised, they were so efficient and knowledgeable that they had found the problem and repaired it within the hour with minimal mess, which they then tidied up as well! They charged me less!!!! than the quoted estimation and were unfailingly pleasant and kind. I will never go to another company and would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
