Very professional. They were at my door less than 45 minutes after I called. My lock had failed -- the key couldn't be turned. I thought the handyman who had installed the previous lock had done so incorrectly -- but no. The problem was that it was just a cheap hardware store lock and a bolt came loose. Lesson learned! Not cheap, but everything was taken care of...including a new lock.
We wanted to a complete renovation to our kitchen and the surrounding area, so after a suggestion by a family friend, we hired Rama Ideal Construction to renovate and rebuild certain areas of our powder room, kitchen, front entrance, hall and staircase. What a transformation! The finished result was terrific and my wife and I were pleased to see that the crew cleaned up every day after work. I also appreciated how were able to keep in contact with the project manager daily and how he kept us in the loop on what was going on and explaining to us how things worked. The price kept us happy as well, especially considering how high the quality was. Rama Ideal Construction is a great company to hire, I definitely recommend
