We had these people come the past two years. We prepaid to have the service done for 2018. However it is already June and they still haven't done the first fertiliser and weeding. There is no answer by email, phone or online. We received an automated message last week but still no one has showed up. I've asked for my money returned if they are not going to complete the service but no response. My daughter also tried to get in touch with them earlier in the spring to get her lawn done but they did not even call back. I liked the product used before but it does us no good if they don't complete the service. I know the person in charge is Toby.
