I contacted Fred based on a Homestars recommendation and I was SO HAPPY. Fred was professional from the get-go, listened to what I wanted to do, discussed the extent of work needed and ways to handle it. His price was on target, his work was fantastic, and I was all worked was completed on the timeline we agreed to. When it came to running wires and a possibility of making holes in my new drywall, Fred came up with creative options that minimized damage. I will definitely use Fred again, I have no need to contact any other electrician.

We spent three years fighting a battle with racoons and finally gave up after trying every solution, product, myth and suggestion. Short of buying a gun and harming them we decided to lay artificial grass and couldn't be happier. We called Jerome and he came by with realistic samples, cost break downs and suggestions. After blending in some of the products with real "new sod" that we had just laid down, we couldn't tell the difference. We went ahead with the job and have been smiling ever since. We have a dog and two small children and now do not need to worry about our lawn being ripped up. My one complaint is that the product gets a warm in the summer (whereas grass stays cool) but that is not a reason not to do it. I am very happy with the service, the constant contact from the company and the installation process. The company was extremely professional, clean, and respected both my property and that of my neighbors. We made the right decision and would recommend them to everyone.

I have used Umbrella waterproofing on two different occasions for two different areas of my home. I have been VERY happy with their work, the constant keeping in contact and the professionalism of all their staff. I found them to be honest, charging for only the work that needs to be done and not up charging me or bait and switch when the times comes. All the work was done on time, within the scheduled dates and if problems arose, I was informed up well before hand. I would use them again but hope that I never have too (because then I would have more leaks).

I called a series of companies to mount my existing Air Conditioning unit. Most companies wanted to nickle and dime me for everything and the cost ballooned out of control. Fred e-mailed me back and his cost was the lowest. It scared me initially because the cost of the work but after reading his reviews, his constant contact with me and his explanation of the work needed I felt comfortable. I booked Majestic to do the job and they showed up on time, completed on schedule and while watching their work, Majestic included all "nickle and dime" work that the other companies wanted to charge me for. It is hard to fine honest contractors these days but I would DEFINITELY use Majestic again. Don't be fooled with the cost, just because the price is cheep, doesn't mean their work is. We hired CSR and was amazed at how great the service was, the beautiful design ideas and the professionalism of the service. The work is spectacular, the finished product has made all my friends jealous and I have recommended Peter to all my friends. The work was done on time, clean, and on budget. I will definitely use these guys again, just wondering where else I can put in a built-in.

SERIOUSLY? Why would you go elsewhere? We used these guys twice, the first time for some minor exterior painting and was so impressed at both the service and the price. When I bought my new house, we had them quote us the job but we decided to go with a friend's friend instead. After firing that guy, we called Finer Edge with our tales between our legs asking if they could fix and finish the job. Why did I not go with them first? They agreed and quote me a price based on remaining work. They came in faster then expected, and below my new quote. I will never shop around for anyone else, I only recommend these guys and smile when I see their signs and trucks around the city. Thank you Finer Edge for bailing me out of a jam and not holding it against me. You guys are a class act!

We had some concerns due to a water leak about possible mould. We gave Templar a call and had Robert come by. His professionalism was great and he walked us through both an inspection and the process of analysis. We were happy with the service and the price. Anyone who has mould concerns should give these guys a call.

Last winter bought a house with my wife and two months into it our boiler kept turning off. Called a company to come check it out, telling me that it hadn't been clean in years but they will not be able to clean it. House temperature was droping quick and so I called Dupont. They came within two hours of my call, cleaned the boiler and walked me through the whole process. Their repair man was clean, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. Now with winter approaching, they are the first company I will call to do annual maintance. I recommend them highly. A+
