This is the second time that we have used Elite Renovators for our structural project, and for the second time, they have pleased us beyond our expectations. We did a large project, removing 28 feet of load-bearing walls with no posts remaining in sight. The floor space was completely open. There was a show-stopper caught by elite early on in the permitting process. The resolution was a custom made heavy duty hangers. They had the engineering done and passed. Even our engineer was impressed with Steve's structural knowledge and craftsmanship. We would definitely refer Steve and his crew to any of our colleagues family & friends.
