We bought a couch,, a chair and a dining room set from The Brick. We were very unimpressed by this company. It took them over 3 months to finally deliver all of our purchases- they had told us when we bought the funiture that it would only take 2 weeks. Also, once we received the furniture they kept on trying to re-deliver our order. They tried this three times. It semes as though this company is very unorganzied with their delivery services. I would not reccomend buying from this company, we have found that it is hard to contact theor customer services representatives and once you finally do they are unable to aid you. Also, if you are wanting to get your furniture in a timely matter you should not purchase it from The Brick

We purchased a love seat, two chairs, a coffee table and a side coffee table from Urbane (Cottswood's sister compayn.) We were incredibly impressed by the company. We knew the furniture would take about 2 months to come in, but during those two months the company kept us updated on where they were in deleivering the funirture and they were quite prompt once the furniture came to their warehouse. Once they delivered the furniture we found a scratch on one of the coffee tables. We called their customer service representative and the wer every willing to speak with us and understanding of our concern. They ever sent out a technician to fix the scratch that day! Even though the furniture is expensive, their customer service is amazing and we will continue to use their services.
