Windows were installed and we found that we're happy with the windows but very disappointed in the service that they provided. We found they were not very coordinated with the service as they installed the 5 windows in two separate dates. They had to come back a third time because they forgot to seal a few of the windows it was difficult to get them to return, but after numerous calls they fInally showed up.
We had windows installed by Simon and sons after being very disappointed in getting the upper windows done by landmark. Simon and sons were very helped and professional throughout the whole process. The work done was excellent you can tell why they have been in the business for so long. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are competitive in pricing and all the products are Canadian.
I think the Home Depot is keeping up with the trends of the current styles that do it your self home owners want. We were very pleased with the selection. The people that work there are also very knowledgable. I would recommend to do tiling yourself it is not very hard and you save a lot on labour costs.
I thought the service was ok. They have people that don't work for the company to install the carpet. I would use them if you are looking at flooring on a budget.
Hi Cindy, thank you for leaving us a review. We really appreciate that you took the time. We are always trying to improve and I was going to call you to ask what we could have done differently to score higher we could find no record under your name (could you have confused us with another store maybe?). Whilst we appreciate all reviews, I just wanted to say the majority of stores these days have sub contractors working for them, I know because we sometimes have to use contractors who work for other stores because we are so busy. Also for your information, our main carpet installers do 100% of their work for us as do our hardwood and laminate installers, and we are very proud of that fact.
Thank you too for recommending us to people on a budget, although we carry high end products as well, we aim to please by fitting in everyone's budget.
