We recently had Monarch Kitchen and Bath do a complete down to the studs renovation in our 44-year- old galley kitchen. In January 2020 we had visited Monarch as well as 4 other places. As we had just walked in off the street, we didnt really know what to expect. However, one of the designers, Chantal, spent 45 minutes with us despite not having any commitment on our part yet. We knew they were the ones we wanted to work with. None of the other places we visited had employees that showed as much interest or enthusiasm as Chantal. COVID interrupted our plans, and we had to put off doing anything until the summer of 2023 when our 22-year-old oven let us know that we couldnt depend on it much longer. We reached back out to Chantal and she guided us through the designing and decision-making phases professionally, competently and enthusiastically. We took our time and never felt pressured or rushed. Chantal just seemed to know how we thought, and after several design and planning sessions we were on our way to having the kitchen we wanted. From start to finish, Neil (the owner and project manager) had his crew of people work diligently to make it all happen. We received a schedule of events and projected dates, and as each event took place, a revised schedule was made available to us. The dedication and attention to detail every step of the way had us grinning from ear to ear each day. Any concerns or inquiries we had were promptly addressed by e-mail or phone call. Thank you to Neil, Chantal, Susanne, Scott, Dave and the professional tradespeople for doing a great job. We highly recommend Monarch and if we ever need any more renovations done (maybe a bathroom), we will look no further than Monarch Kitchen and Bath. Valerie and Bob

Mitch from Twintech came out for our annual furnace inspection. We found him to be friendly, conscientious & he left the work area clean. We were also very impressed with the thoroughness of the job he did. This is the 2nd job we’ve had twintech do for us & have been very happy with the results for each. In April we hired Twintech Heating & Cooling to replace our 20 year old water tank & 35 year old air conditioner. We got 5 estimates for the job & decided to go with Twintech for the following reasons. - The Sales Manager, Dave, was very personable & knowledgeable as all of our questions were answered. (We had a list of questions we asked each of the contractors when we got the estimates) - We got 5 estimates for the job. All contractors verbally told us they had the required qualifications but Dave was the only one to physically show us their license & insurance documentation. -Twintech carried the Napoleon air conditioner & we wanted to support Canadian industry as it is assembled in Barrie On. Safety is important at Twintech as demonstrated when we discussed with Dave, the need to change our install date because of freezing rain. Access was required by navigating a set of outside steps & Dave identified that safety took precedence. On the installation date, Greg, Peter & Grant showed up on time & methodically accomplished the removal & installation of both units. The guys did a great job cleaning up as well. When the job was completed we mentioned to Greg that we were pleased with the work they had done & were going to have them come out & do our furnace inspection in Sept. Greg said we can save our money as he had inspected the heat exchanger on the furnace while doing the job & there was no need to have another inspection in Sept. We were very impressed with Greg’s initiative. This is top shelf service. Thank you Greg. As the weather was too cool to complete a functional test of the air conditioner on the installation date, Dave made a follow-up call to us to see how things were going & Greg also came out to check the operation. No problems. We are very happy we hired professionals like Dave, Greg, Grant & Peter & have no hesitation in recommending Twintech Heating & Cooling. They will now be our “go to” guys.
