The worst contractor and home repair company that we have ever dealt with. Solomon and Stephanie at Maxlor had a great online profile and were local. They were quick to get the project started and easy to work with during the sales process. All red flags that we should have noticed in the beginning. During the build is when things started to go downhill. It took way too long in getting our shower replaced. In total Soloman was probably back around 10+ times to do repairs, he even left without finishing the job as evident by the trim photo included. It took over a year to get this fixed and in between the drain leaked into our living room and ruined the ceiling. We had to move our furniture and clear out the whole room, this took him weeks to repair. This displaced our family and they did not care one bit. After that the cracks started to show, big and little. Their tile guy came many many times to fix the cracks but could never get it right. Water got under the cracks and black mold started to appear, they then put silicon over the black mold! Our shower was ruined and we feel so disappointed. Solomon and Stephanie say they stand by their work but that was not true. We were left with a shower that needs to be replaced.
