I paid cash for a job that was poorly done. They chipped wood while taking off the tape, missed staining some parts, lots of shodowing and didnt prepare the wood right before staining and now its rough instead of smooth. I have tried to contact the owner Brent several times via phone calls, emails and texts. I also have a contract with BHG that states that I have a one year guarantee on workmanship which is useless unless they return your call. BHG came recommended by the company that installed my railing. I would not use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
