I originally contracted this company to do snow removal. The agreement was removal would be done when over 2cm accumulated. They failed to provide service when there was more than 15cm. When they did come, they damaged my property. They then contacted me late winter/early spring to see if I was interested in lawncare. I said the snow removal work was disgraceful and unprofessional. They offered me a deal so I gave them a second chance. The first month, starting April, of service they never came saying they were waiting for the grass to grow a little more before cutting. Then, when the grass was too long, I asked what's going on? Why are you not coming by to cut... response was scheduling conflict... I requested biweekly service and Chris said all biweekly was done same week.... I mentioned to them, why would you do that? why not schedule half the biweekly one week and the other half the next? No comment. They offered to waive April billing and refund, but as I did not have an alternative, I asked to not refund but provide free service for May. Same lousy excuses. When they did cut lawn, it was horrible. There were patches or grass uncut. The garden clean up they offered was minimal. Avoid these people at all cost... they shut down keeping most customer's prepaid deposits for the entire season.
