After a major windstorm this spring, my home had lost some shingles. I called three or four big roofing companies, none of which returned my calls. (One called back a week later) A friend recommended RJ Roofing and I left a message with them as well. They returned my call within the hour, and the company owner came out that same evening to assess the damage. He got up on the roof and did an inspection, not just look from the ground. Because it was supposed to rain overnight, he did a temporary repair right then and there and the next day he and his crew came and fixed all of the damaged areas. I received personalized service, was treated with respect, and the quote I received was very reasonable. I have since recommended them to at least four or five other people, all of which have also been very happy with this company.

I had some estimates done by big box stores, and their pricing came in at almost double the price for one set of doors only (the double front doors being custom made). Chris at Grandor was very knowledgable about all of their products, made excellent recommendations, and took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision. I am completely satisfied with Grandor's quality of product and customer service and will definitely be purchasing my windows from them as well.
