We have used We-Haul's services 4 or 5 times now and always found them to be great to deal with. They call before dropping off or picking up the bin to confirm, they arrive and pickup at the agreed time and their fixed pricing provides us with the knowledge that we aren't going to get any surprize billings after they take away the bin. I would definitely recommend them. A top notch company to work with.

Wow, fabulous service. I called Rick in a panic as I needed my washer repaired. He came over very quickly. We were getting ready to fly out of the country and needed to do some washing before we could pack. Although Rick confirmed the machine needs to be replaced he got it working long enough so I could get my clothes washed and packed. Great, fast, courteous and very reasonably priced. I will definitely call Rick again next time I need an appliance serviced.

I called ExpressRooter about 5:00pm last night regarding water coming in from a basement drain and spoke with John. He said they would have someone at our home between 7-9pm. This seemed like a reasonable response time to me. Around 7:00pm I called back to ask if they could send someone soon because the water was now coming in faster than we could pump it out. John said they would have someone over in less than 30 mins. Bob arrived 20 mins later and immediately diagnosed the problem as being a plugged drain due to blockage from the weeping tile and/or the downspout. He very quickly unplugged the drain, confirmed everything else was draining well, cleaned up and was gone in about 30 mins. But, not before very clearly instructing us of the necessity to disconnect the downspouts from the draining system - which we will do. I was very pleased with Express-Rooter's response, politeness, expertise and fair price. I would definitely use them again..

I called three drywall companies to quote on mudding and taping our kitchen renovation. All said they would come to give a quote but only Trevor's company, M&L Plastering showed up. He came out when he said he would, gave us a reasonable quote, and completed the job professionally and on schedule. He kept in touch with us so we knew when he was coming and came on time each visit. We removed a wall between the kitchen and dining room which made for a messary repair job between the old and new finishes but Trevor's team did an excellent job and married the old plaster and new drywall surfaces perfectly. We are so pleased that we have already made arrangements for him to return to install a drywall ceiling in our basement. I highly recommend Trevor and his team if you want a professional and timely job.
