I called Capital Appliance Repair based on the number of good reviews online, and was happy with their service. They sent a technician within 24 hours of my call, and he arrived within the 2 hour window I was told to expect him. He diagnosed the problem as being a blown fuse, and gave me the cost estimate before starting. He was efficient and pleasant to deal with. He also showed me that the dryer was working before he left. I would not hesitate to use this company again, and would be happy to refer them to others.
