Got a "deep clean" from LCS this week. Vicky and Shelly did an awesome job! They arrive a few minutes early (which helped me get out the door on time) and did a lovely job cleaning the entire house from top to bottom. Friendly, punctual, thorough. All you could ask for from a cleaning service. We've booked them again for a regular clean next month...

Chris from Concrete Innovations did a great job quarterbacking this project. We had a relatively simple project at two different areas on the side of our property. I was particularly impressed with how Chris managed part of the job that didn't go as planned. Concrete is in short supply these days, and the building of the forms and pouring of the concrete happened before they could be inspected for correctness. We ended up with a different shape and incorrect finish in the alley. Chris dealt with it promptly, offering to discount the job or to have the incorrect portion removed and replaced with what we had originally asked for. In the end, they cut and jackhammered out the incorrect section and poured a new section of the shape, size, and finish that we wanted. Ideally, it would have been done correctly the first time, but I think with concrete in short supply these days it creates some scheduling challenges. In the end, they made it right. Overall, the job was done well and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. We're very pleased with our sidewalk.

Pitbull Doors just finished a small project hanging an interior door, replacing a closet door, and adjusting a poor sealing exterior door. Artur came and checked out the job, arrived as scheduled, and completed the work in a fast, thorough, and clean manner. The finish and attention to detail was excellent, and afterwards the site was immaculate. Very pleased with the service, would happily recommend his work to anyone.
