After sourcing a handful of quotes, A1 stood above the rest. My sales rep Chris spent a lot of time and energy explaining all of the details that mattered over email. Nothing was rushed, everything was thoughtful, and earning my trust was his primary concern. That shone through and after some price negotiation we went ahead with the project. We installed a new furnace, AC unit, and hot water tank as part of a full basement renovation in a 110 year old Danforth home. It required the relocation of the HVAC hardware to a new position in the back of the basement. The installation crew was downright awesome, and took time each day to tidy the space, and connect with me personally to answer any of my questions. The neatness of the installation and custom ductwork blew me away, and the units themselves are whisper quiet! TL;DR- You get what you pay for, and this HVAC team is worth the investment.

They PICK UP THEIR PHONES when you call with a question, they show up when they say they will, and the product is high quality and looks amazing. Would recommend them to anyone.
