Contracted Mark to install an Oak and Glass stair railing. He promised us a 4 week finish. As this was critical we awarded him the contract. Paid him two thirds of the amount. After three months of stalling and weekly excuses, he has said he can't finish the job, it's out of his hands. All we need is glass! How hard can it be for a glass company to obtain glass? Very disappointed. Have since learned he has 8 Better Business Bureau complaints, and an "F" rating. BEWARE!

I am very disappointed with the out come of these contract. We used a glass supplier who turned out to be totally unreliable causing numerous problems. We have rectified the issue by changing glass supplier so we would not have these problems in the future We have installed the oak railing as per the contract We have always been up front and honest with the homeowner. We offered to correct the problem with homeowner in turn Allan promised to ruin my life over $1492.00. Not nice There is $1492.00 that is owed to us for the remaining of the contract. The glass can be purchased for and home owner will not be out of any money We have over 170 happy customers this year. We will always strive to do better.
