I had numerous plumbers come through telling me I needed to open up my ceiling to fix a leak in my dining room (from the bathroom above). Mr. Plumber sent Igor, who spent sometime to really study the issue and provide the fix without opening up my ceiling (and wallet). The result was a simple fix.
