Our daughter was continaully sick so we hired Tanya of ESG, to come and do an air inspection of our house to see if there was any problems. Upon testing the air we found out we had toxic mould in the walls even though there was no evidence at all. Our 14 year old home is all metal structure so this was shocking news to both us and Tanya, the owner of ESG. She called immediately upon geting the results from the lab to advise us to remove our daughter from her room, as the levels were so high. She had high tech equipment and was very knowledgeable and had answers and solutionson how to remedy the problem. We liked that she only tested for contaminants and did not provide a service to fix the problem if there was one, so she did not benefit from a bad test result. Our costs were higher, as we had her come back several times to make sure the air quality throughout whole house was good before we re-insulated and drywalled again. She was very pleasent and polite and cared about her customers. If you need your air tested I would highly recommend her.
