I had water leak damage in the flat roof deck balcony area of my house. After calling several roofing companies, I was very disappointed. Many roofing companies either were not interested in this work (as the balcony was not big), or didn't know (or care) enough to even explain how they would fix it. Devon came and gave a reasonable quote, and clearly explained how he would do the work. I was impressed and hired him immediately. That decision proved to be great! Devon came and used used wood to build a proper slope first to ensure water doesn't pool in my balcony. Then he removed wall sidings to ensure waterproof Duradek vinyl goes underneath that. Finally he applied Duradek vinyl on the entire balcony, and sealed all sections carefully. I was very impressed with his work and very pleased with the Duradek product itself! I would strongly recommend Devon and Duradek for flat roof balconies!

I had water leak damage in kitchen and kid bedroom on the ceiling. Significant portions of existing drywall ceiling and insulation had to be removed; after I got that done, I called GNI to get R31 spray foam insulation. They put protective plastic all over, and cleaned up after. The spray foam insulation work was great! The work was done quickly, all within a morning. I would recommend Great Northern Insulation for any spray foam work, especially in tough to reach places like ceiling.

Alex came for estimate promptly the next day, gave a reasonable quote, and explained how he would fix everything; I agreed to it and scheduled it within a week. The work turned out great, and he finished exactly within the time frame (2 days). I would highly recommend AAMB for any future drywall and paint work.
