they were very prompt, professional and explained everything very well. Cleanup was done excellent and i am very happpy. That is why i chose them to do my shingles too and as soon as weather is half normal i am sure they will start that work.

Installation was as per the contract date. the installers were a bit early..which suites me fine. the window fit perfectly, Casey and his helper did an excellend job. They made sure to clean up everything when they were done and I have some health issues and they were kind enough to hang my wooden blind which is very heavy. I was going to do it myself and they said they would take care of it.I have other windows to do and hope to get them done in the spring and will for sure use Gienow and ask for Casey and his helper again. Great experience and I had no headaches. the accounting let me know when they put through the balance I owed and we are done for now. Cant wait to get the rest of my windows.thanks Gienow for a job WELL DONE!!

My old steps were in terrible shape. the last contractor said to put tile on them and the tile would never crack or be slippery. Well that was a huge mistake. they cracked and were so slippery we thought someone would fall and break a neck or something. the color of my new steps are a nice brown and look like stone. I love the uneven finish and I am sure they wont be slippery. Mark and his crew did an awesome job and were in constant contact with me on information and scheduling.they are prompt and courteous. More work was involved to build the steps as they were disintegrating from moisture under the tiles.I am very happy with mark and his company and I wouldnot hesitate to recommend them to anyone. thank you for a job well done!!!!
