These guys do exactly what they promise, including job timing, protection of customer's property, meticulous cleanup, key people always on the job and continuous progress updates with photos. They are always available before and after the job to answer questions. Totally good experience!

remove squirrels from space above porch
Joel came Feb 26 to remove squirrels from the space above our porch. He immediately figured out how they had got in and installed a one way door to let them out but not in. A couple of days later, after the noise above the porch had stopped, Joel came back, as he had promised to do, removed the one way door, and sealed the damaged wall. Joel explained clearly what he was doing and how the critters would not be harmed by the process. He was exceptionally pleasant and clearly has much affection for animals. A totally positive, indeed uplifting, experience!

We used Roto-Rooter twice so far in 2019. The first time was for a slow kitchen drain. The pipes were full of old hardened grease far down the pipes and it required a lot of physical effort and persistence to solve the problem. The second time was a simpler repair for debris about five feet down the pipe under the bathtub, which was done in just a few minutes. Jermaine (first call) and Trevor (second call) explained everything fully and were extremely clear about the various scenarios and the cost beforehand. And both of them could not have been more pleasant to work with! Totally positive experiences - we couldn't be more satisfied!

They were astonishingly fast. It was a couple of hours from the time we had the idea to use them to the time of completion of the work. Very nice guys as well!
