Nice guy, trustworthy and respectful of property and belongings. This is important since you are letting strangers into a lived-in home so you need to make sure they don't make a total mess. Professional paint job and lots of great advice on how we can paint the interior ourselves eventhough he is giving away his own tips and technique. On time, on budget and always showed up for a full day of work. Did not bail to do another job and got things done quick.

On time and on budget. Did exactly what they said they would do, no BS, always truthful and upfront, good communication, workers always showed up and worked the full day. Did not stall the project and "dissapear" for a few days/weeks. There was work being done everyday and quick progress, and a quick wrap-up. Very well organized so was able to coordinate indoor and outdoor work to take advantage of dry weather when needed. Good quality work and 100% ensured all deficiencies and clean-up got done. Did not leave any work undone/partially finished. Did not experience any of the nightmare stories or stereo-types you hear from other contractors. Lots of good honest suggestions about what and how to do things so was much more than just a contractor. ie. was also a project manager, home consultant, interior decorator, architect all at the same time. Friendly and nice crew who was respectful of the house and belongings, basically, really nice guys who cared and liked what they did.
