Long story short, my husband and I shopped everywhere for appliances for our new house we were building. Finally found Boys Appliance Plus in Kitchener and John was fabulous to us! Very knowledgeable and courteous, not to mention he beat all competitor prices! So we ordered the fridge, stove, dishwasher and dryer. A couple of months go by, with no progress on the build so we walked away from the deal. So we bought another house that came with most of the appliances we ordered. So now we have paid a deposit on our order with John and we don't need the items. My greatest fear is too bad so sad for us! We would loose our deposit. But John was so nice about everything, he allowed us to use the deposit towards other appliances and helped us fill our new needs! Give John a call and you won't be disapointed. They will deliver almost anywhere and they will beat most prices!
