Elly in Sherwood park

We purchased two leather recliners and a loveseat in June 2011. Two of the three pieces had nicks in the leather. I called customer service within 12 hours of delivery. It is now four months later and still waiting on the love seat to be repaired. Beware this store does not provide customer service
