Diagnosis of a broken washing machine
We arrived home from a 2 week vacation in need of doing laundry. From the first load it was clear there was something wrong with the machine. I called PCHS Appliance repair that afternoon, and had an appointment confirmed for a tech to come to the house between 9 and 11am the next day. Jermaine was great! Punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed about the machine to make our decision for what next.
