Our washer was broken, the door was jammed and the electronics were fairly haywire. Pro Choice Appliances was able to shift their schedules to provide the same day diagnosis. This was greatly appreciated as we have a large family and laundry piles up very quickly. Their diagnosis cost was reasonable and very clear with a quotation to repair. This enabled us to decided whether to repair or replace without any pressure. Although we decided to replace due to the age of the appliance, we would not hesitate to call Pro Choice Appliances again.
