Project Management of Condo Reno
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had clients that we knew wanted the very best renovation, with absolutely no headaches or disputes. We chose to involve Klondike in the project as they came highly recommended in the industry. The project grew significantly and Klondike kept up. The main liaison was excellent at relaying information to all parties and problem solving on the spot. It was a very successful project, it looked beautiful and our clients were thrilled.
