May - June 2018 Job was to add a front attached garage, which required changing the roof-line, moving the existing front window to add a six foot extension for the addition of a new front entrance way and residing the complete house. Bond Construction took care of all the architectural drawings and filings with the City planning office (whom if you've ever dealt with are the worst). Changes during the construction, were professionally handled with a review, costing and sign-off. The crew actually suggested some money saving changes once they arrived and began work. Construction team was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. They received rave reviews by the neighbours, who all showed up at one time or an other too watch and ask questions. Pre-fab portions were not just slapped up, the crew took the time to ensure they fit properly and modified them if they didn't. No problem in getting someone back to fix or correct any concerns we had. No concerns with the job site clean-up, all garbage was removed and lawns swept with magnets to find any spare nails Work was completed on budget and generally on schedule (couple weather delays). Very Satisfied and would highly recommend.
