Doug was very responsive and helpful asked to about installing the plumbing for a faucet and dishwasher that needed re-connecting after a kitchen reno. I sent pictures of what the existing plumbing looked like and he was able to provide me with a quote. He was friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. Would recommend!

Jan has done it again! This is the third project that I've used him for and each time I've been very pleased with the service and final results. This time I installed pot lights throughout my home. It was a larger project which took two days. Jan made recommendations as to the position of the lights and the number that he thought would be appropriate in each space. He is is efficient and I appreciate that he made sure the space was tidy after he left. I would definitely recommend.

Joey was extremely efficient and professional with this service call. Within a few minutes of placing the service call, Joey responded and was able to accommodate my request to change some locks for me the same day. He ran a bit late to our appointed time, but was considerate and immediately sent me a message to let me know, which I appreciated. I would totally recommend and use Northern Craftsman again.

Boris and his team are amazing. My home needed a lot of work prior to prepping, due to a lot of wear and tear on the house. Boris helped me to select colours that would make my house look fresh, clean, and modern. I also had granite counter tops installed in the kitchen and I couldn't be happier! I have gotten so many compliments on the work done. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again for future projects.

Laszlo does amazing work! I can't stop admiring the transformation that he made on our stairs and floor. I appreciated that he provided guidance on what materials would work best in my space and kept me updated throughout the installation process. I appreciated that every evening he left his work space very tidy and that his attention to detail for the work that he does is superior. I am already planning to use him again on another project and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his work to others.

Jan and his assistant Matthew did an excellent job upgrading my pot lights to the newer style LED. They also changed my wall outlets to the decora style, and installed some ceiling lights that I purchased. We also had some electrical issues in our basement that needed repair after having a small leak affect the electricity. The work was done quickly and the price was the best of the quotes that I'd received. I'd definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Mark helped me to choose a carpet that would suit my space and gave me clear and easy instructions on how to maintain it. I had to replace three older toilets and had a bathroom tub drain and a kitchen sink drain that needed to be unclogged. Antonio and his colleague did a great job completing this job. They explained what they were doing as they worked. They worked quickly and their pricing was fair. Thanks Antonio!

We’ve recently used Pre-Lock to increase our security and peace of mind of our home. We opted for a new lock and door guardians for the front and back doors, protective window film for the windows and an intercom/camera for the front door. From the start, Brian’s excellent customer care and extensive knowledge about home security made us feel comfortable about our choice in security options, as well as in Pre-Lock as a company. At no point during the process did we feel pressured into any particular product and Brian provided very frank pros and cons of each option. Brian went over and above by answering our questions before, during, and after our our initial meeting. He also made it a point to come out to the site while his team (Jason, Terry, and John) did the installations and followed up with us after. The team were very professional -- punctual, quick, and did a great job tidying up when they were finished. They also walked us through the features of the product before they left. Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to contact Brian for future upgrades to our home security.

We hired Rob to complete the drywall for our basement reno. He came highly recommended and we weren’t disappointed. Our basement was not a simple “four walls and a ceiling” job, and Rob was able to tackle it only one week. The finish of the walls was very smooth and no imperfections were noted when we painted. He also ensured the site was tidied upon completion. We highly recommend him for anyone looking to get a professional drywall finish. We would not hesitate to hire him again.
