Jaclyn in Toronto

Zaid and his crew moved us between 2 bedroom townhome apartments in Toronto earlier this month. We booked them based on the reviews on this site and a personal reference we spoke with who had moved with Zaid twice. On moving day, he called us to announce his arrival 5 minutes early. The guys quickly got organized with a good system and moved everything effortlessly and efficiently. I wasn't sure if it would be worthwhile to get 3 movers because I've heard that sometimes the third person isn't always useful. In this case, I think it was a great decision. The guys were friendly and personable but moved us remarkably quickly, despite two narrow flights of stairs and 2 pick-up locations. They were careful with the walls and doors, as well as our things, and they put down blankets to get our couch through the front door. We were done by lunch and I spent the rest of the day marvelling how quickly and painlessly this move was. I've had some poor moving experiences so I was thrilled about this one; highly recommended.
