Shutters - Stay away from Blinds With Flair
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BLINDS WITH FLAIR! I ordered shutters in May 2018 and gave $550.00 deposit. It is now September 2018 and no order delivered or refund. Manufacturer confirmed not fulfilling orders for Blinds With Flair because of defaulted payments. Owner will not refund my $550.00 deposit.
