GEM was wonderful to work with starting with our initial consult with Paul, all the way through installation with Robert and team. We were consulted and educated along the way. I'm still stunned that everything looks so perfect inside and out! They did a superb job and I would highly recommend them for any window or door project.

This is a great company that stands by their work. We've had them in for mice issues in the kitchen. They were very thorough and examined all possible entry points to see where the mice were getting in. Where able, they plugged up holes. In addition, they put down poison. The technician, Jason, who came was very professional. He did a great job of thoroughly investigating the issue and asking excellent questions. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with getting new undermount lighting installed in our kitchen. Two very nice electricians came and quickly installed the lights for us. They were very tidy and the work was done well. A few months later we had to contact the company because one of the lights was flickering. The owner came out with a brand new replacement product and switched out the faulty one. It was very easy to communicate with them and the work done, as well as the customer service was excellent! I would hire these guys again.
