We recently moved into a new house and had to outfit all the windows. I heard great reviews for Allure Windows and decided to get a quote from them. The quote was quite reasonable and the consultation provided by Sal was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of the various products the company offered and gave very useful insight on what products fit best for each room in the house, based on how we planned to use each room. Initially, the Roman shades I had ordered did not appeal to us because it appeared a bit wrinkled on the seams. The wrinkles created gaps between the windows and the shades so the room wasn't dark enough for a nursery. I informed Sal of the problem and he was very understanding and took it back. Instead of just taking it apart to add a blackout backing, he suggested re-doing it from scratch to make it wider so less light would come in. He also took the other Roman shades from the other room (all 5 panels!) to iron them as flat as possible. They turned out fantastic! The faux wood blinds and roller shades were great. The quality and installation were great. Thank you Sal for going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my utmost satisfaction! I would highly recommend you to everyone looking for excellent valued window coverings.

On a hot summer day, our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. With a 15-day old newborn in the house, we were in a crisis! We heard about Spring Home and Cy Goh from a friend and quickly gave him a call. He came to our house within 1 hour! I was very impressed at their responsiveness. He saw that we had a newborn baby in the house and had someone come in to fix the AC unit that evening. Cy was quick to identify the problem and pointed out improvements we can implement to make our air conditioning and heating more efficient. We recently moved into this house and had no clue about the quality of our AC/furnace units. Cy was very knowledgeable in the world of heating and cooling systems. He spent a lot of time educating us on the mechanisms involved, etc. We trusted that Cy and his team would do a good job in replacing our old AC and furnace units. They came within a week to do the replacement and we also got a Pureair air cleaner installed which was fantastic! They spent one day installing everything. The folks installing were very professional and respected our property, they had covered our floors where they walked on and cleaned up after themselves. Cy also followed up a few times after they temporarily fixed our AC and after the installation to ensure everything was well. I am more than happy to recommend Cy and Spring Home to anyone including my mother! :-)
