Dorothy Parks in Salmon arm

Installed Sol-R shield windows in a new home which we built 12 years ago. Material inserted between panes has broken down resulting to very unsightly and visible streaks. We will have to spend thousands to replace the glass before we can sell the house. Very discouraging to get anything done on warranty. This is a retirement home and we are on fixed income so this is very distressing. Strongly recommend against this product.
