Ken came for the annual filter maintenance, like clockwork he was punctual, courteous and very respectful. Service was quick, thorough and tidy. Afterward, Ken took the time to explain the work performed and what steps were needed to complete the maintenance. As a courteous he also checked our softener system. Dave; Ken was/is a great addition to the company. Looking forward to seeing him again. He and WaterMart are highly recommended.

Recently had a softener and RO system installed by WaterMart. The professionalism and mannerism of the staff is impeccable. From the onset, dealing with owner Dave in select the systems to Ken, the installer. I was always kept well informed and always part of the process. They are all very knowledgeable and truly enjoy the work they do! No pushy sales tactics or unnecessary information to confuse you. Dave provided very unbiased answers and recommendations, answering all and any questions I had. Ken did a very clean and professional install. Very considerate to the fact that I have a toddler and working around his schedule. I will be recommending WaterMart to friends and family, I look forward dealing with WaterMart again in the future. Kudos to a company that still strongly believes in what they do and does it right!

We recent had John over for an inspection. He was quick and responsive to our inquiry to setup a date a time. On the date of inspection, John was punctual with his arrival. A very friendly and knowledgeable individual, John preformed a thorough and informative inspection. We asked plenty of questions and John was always able to provide a quality answer, offering suggestions and guidelines to deal with each situation. We recently had our kitchen back splash installed, after several quotes we decided to contract David Utarid. David is the epitome of hard work, from his meticulous work ethics, to his friendly and personable demeanor he is what anyone would want in a contractor. From the moment of first contact to the minute of when completing the job, David was nothing but friendly and extremely professional. Very detailed with what needs to be done and how it's going to be done. Never took any shortcuts in completing the task, he is very proud of the work he does and only does it the right way. Going the extra mile is an understatement when referring to David, he gives 200% and does not stop till you and him are satisfied. We had large glass tiles installed, which are extremely challenging to do correctly by any contractor. Not only was David able to overcome the challenges,the result was magnificent.
