Francis was the service man and he diagnosed and replaced the required parts. He told me what went wrong what to do, ordered parts and followed up in fixing the parts. Francis interaction was awesome, empathetic to my Scotia Toom and friendly. He is one of the best. Reference SWCL9SG1F7-1 Even his company elite, followed up diligently.
