I needed to diagnose and repair a leak in our basement. The basement is finished. Jacob gave a prompt estimate, diagnosed the problem, and filled in the foundation crack. He located the problem accurately, so there was a minimum amount of drywall removed. He replaced the drywall. I was very satisfied with the work.

I needed computer support for a consulting business. The main issues were syncing MS Outlook on a laptop with an iPhone for mail and calendar entries, including a personal email through iCloud and a company email through gmail. Max diagnosed and solved an issue connecting MS Outlook to the outgoing mail server, and offered solutions to the ongoing sync problems.
