Kazz has always picked up the phone when needed. He and his team did a great job with some eavestrough repair. Great work as well as educating me as a home owner.

Only Basements did an extensive amount of work in my basement. All the employees from the team were not only professional but really showed a sense of pride in their work. As a home owner I asked a lot of questions and was almost surprised with the honesty as well as getting answers, and was respectfully explained things. For example plumbing and insulation. The team was courteous and very willing to show me what and why different things were being done. I found the entire process to be smooth and my family and I are quite happy with the updated basement area, as well as the washrooms new found storage and closet space etc. The project manager was at the house and was there through out the entire process. But the attention to detail at the end of the job was much appreciated. Great Job!!
