I purchased a vanity from Vision Vanities. The unit was ready ahead of the promised date. I contacted Anu at the front desk who was completely pleasant to deal with. I went in to pick up the unit but it couldn't fit into my vehicle. No problem...Anu arranged delivery in less than a hour. Kudos to her....she is a credit to your company. Also than to guys in the warehouse. You could teach the big box store about real customer service. R Lewin Brampton.
