I was very pleased with the end to end experience with Tony and his crew – responsive, conscientious, and just overall easy to work with – a rare find these days. Westwood Aluminum transformed my small back addition from a white aluminum “tin can” to gorgeous and classic (with Maibec custom colour siding). I no longer cringe at having to view the previous eyesore. I’ve received compliments from my neighbours not only about the transformation to the addition, but also about how courteous and kind the crew were while on site. This G.E.M. is a diamond!! Gord, Eric and Tim were a skilled, friendly and trustworthy trio that worked wonders in replacing the knob and tube in my home. Watching the G.E.M. team at work, I quickly realized that I was in good hands and my stress and anxiety levels dropped dramatically. As my home is completely renovated, I had been very concerned about the size and number of holes that would be required to complete the job. I need not have worried. Thanks to the skill and experience of the G.E.M. team, the project was completed quickly and with far fewer holes than I had anticipated. I also very much appreciated the regular communication with me to let me know of any unanticipated issues encountered and to ensure that plugs (I added a few) went where I wanted them. I would use G.E.M without hesitation for any future electrical services I require, and I would be happy to recommend them to anybody considering hiring G.E.M.
