KV Bear did a great job transforming my ancient basement fuse box situation into a reliable and safe breaker box. It was installed safely, and with great service. He was so conscious of safety and was up front about his credentials, I didnt need to dig or inquire before he offered to show me all the evidence of his certifications. I very much appreciated his insight, expertise, and guidance about my homes electrical issues as a whole. Thanks to him, I felt confident that switching to a breaker box would be the best first step towards improving the fire safety, and what I should prioritize next to minimize risk of fire hazards. KV is a gem for the community and I would recommend his services to anyone nervous about, or new to, engaging with professional home services. Its been about a year since he came and fixed it, and I have not had any issues with the installation or with my electricity since then, and feel a lot safer at home.
