I am extremely pleased with my new gutters and the overall job. I had three companies come out to give estimates, North Shore was not the lowest, but Darren was the most professional and I felt really took an interest in what would be best for my situation. On the day of the work, the workers were on time, knowledgeable and pleasant. When I arrived home, later that day, the job was done, neatly and cleanly. After the job, I appreciated Darren's follow-up and follow-through with questions. Angela was also great to work with and quite responsive to my emails and queries. I would highly recommend this company. The work and business professionalism is top quality.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stephen Ksiasek and the Waterproofer.ca. The task of finding knowledgeable and professional people to entrust with such a big job appeared to be a challenge. However, when Stephen showed up with his monitors and cameras to document moisture in my walls, I felt that his technology and his knowledge stood out from the rest. Once the work began on my property, through no fault of the workers, as they dug, they found multiple other issues with my house. Stephen kept me updated and worked with me to help make the best decisions about how to proceed, always keeping in mind that costs were a huge factor for me. Additionally, when there were some concerns from the neighbours, as can happen with huge projects and houses in close proximity, Stephen came out at 9 pm one night to hear the concerns and address them as a way to support the process and provide support to me so that I would not have to address the concerns on my own. Now, even weeks after the job is completed, Stephen is assisting me in finding a person to repair the damaged exterior concrete and providing me with his expertise on other issues that tie to the work and improvements with my house. I truly feel that from start to finish, and beyond, the customer service provided has been one of the best I have ever experienced with any company. I whole-heartedly recommend the Waterproofer.ca.
