The staff at Tub Guys provided a remarkable experience from the first meeting to the final inspection. Angela is a great asset to this company. Communication was always prompt and responsive. I appreciated that. When I first met will he provided some idea's for solutions. I was worried after a very unpleasant experience with another tub "solution" company. Meeting Will was a wonderful experience. His knowledge and understanding showed. He provided hope for what seemed like a hopeless situation. Obviously we had a hole in our wall. His solution (view the photos with the wood) was to cover the with a panel that would add to the overall aesthetics of the room. The wood was used to hold the panel in place to ensure it stayed to the wall. The realizing process was a great way to improve our washroom. Just review the photos. They speak for themselves.
