This home had substantial water damage from a broken water line. Repairs were required on the main floor of the home and the basement incurred the majority of the damage. This included removal of the basement ceiling, complete 3 pc. bathroom and removal of the drywall 2' from the floor throughout. Baseboards, casings, and flooring required replacement. What made the job so difficult was Titan had to work around an ongoing sewing business that had to continue to operate out of the home. We are thankful for the individuals from Titan for their patience and hard work. The job was completed to our satisfaction.
