The poles were rotting so they had to be replace. The upper pole had deteriorated so much that damage was done to the floor of the porch. Manalco not only replaced the poles they also repaired the damage. All railings were replaced with reinforced rails. The person who did the siding was fast, efficient and meticulous. Overall great experience with Manalco Contracting.
