Did not call to let me know they would be late, called them twice for update on timing past scheduled appointment. Finally 1 1/2 hours later call that they were involved with police pull over and not coming at all. Gave them second chance and rebooked for next morning at 9:00 Did not show had to call and told stuck in traffic. Finally arrived 40 minutes late. Terrible professional attitude and critical of client's expectations, i.e. showing up, calling, etc. Final insult ran out of bags, charged me $20 plus tax for 2 yard waste bags. Also charged $20 over quote of $45 per hour - charged $132.5 for 2 1/2 hours of work.
