Basement renovations. Full bathroom, bedroom, family room and bar.
The older house we live in was never changed from 1957. They gutted the basement moved plumbing and put in new ductwork and electrical. The bar was a surprise design that I love and a mantle over the new fireplace was a gift, a handmade piece.
