Excellent summary and photographic illustrations and pre-prepared statements of typical conditions and finally a well-organized document reflecting current specific conditions and future prioritized renovations. Even though there was distance as we awaited the summary here in Toronto and could not attend; it was as though we were there in Nova Scotia with him. The follow up questions were answered promptly and in good faith. An excellent experience. Well recommended.
New carpet installation on stairwell
