Called Doug just before Xmas with a Carrier furnace that wouldn't start. He responded quickly and replaced the igniter and gave the furnace a quick once over. He had the required part on his truck, and parts and labor costs were good. Found him to be very professional and experienced. With my furnace and A/C units getting older, I will be certainly calling back Doug Scott when it's time to replace the existing equipment.
